Training with specific targets in mind can help you get devastating results when they really matter. This course is designed to help you memorise the location of such anatomical weaknesses, but also what to expect when attacking them. BE AWARE: These effects will only trigger if you strike with your MASS, as your muscles alone are unlikely to create sufficient force.
