Vocabulary and phrases needed to write formal letters and emails. Lessons are divided by opening greetings, thanks, apologies requests, closing greetings etc, and each phrase has all the necessary vocabulary before it so you understand and utilise the sentence better. Each course has kana with English followed by kanji so you get used to reading the kanji as well.
