Galitzianer Yiddish is a dialect of Yiddish spoken by Ashkenazi Jews of Galician decent. It is a distinct dialect in that a lot of its vocabulary is derived from; Hebrew, French, Russian and Latin as well as the typical German found in Western Yiddish. Today the language is spoken by the majority of Haredi, and Hasidic Jews and Yeshiva students throughout the world.
